Real reviews from homeowners and businesses across the Omaha metro, in their own words, straight from our Google Business Profile.
We have served the Omaha metro for 24 years, and the best measure of that work is what customers say after the truck leaves. The reviews on this page come straight from our Google Business Profile and are shown exactly as customers wrote them, with first names and last initials. They are grouped by the kind of job they describe: spring and cable repairs, opener work, same-day and emergency calls, new doors, and the repair-first approach we bring to every visit.
The full, current list is on Google, shown further down this page. If we have worked on your door, we would be glad to hear how it went.

Matt, the service tech showed up on time. The information he provided regarding his service was detailed. He was very efficient in replacing the broken spring. In addition, he inspected cables and lubricated bearings and hinge joints on the door. He also provided information regarding how I can maintain an extend the life of the operating parts of the door system.

We have been customers of Superior Door for almost two decades. When a cable broke on our garage door broke, they were able to get Lincoln and Josh out to our home in a timely fashion. They were extremely professional and were able to replace the cable as well as service some other issues so that the door would function like new. I will continue to recommend them to our family and friends.

One of my garage doors had a frayed tension cable and I asked Superior Door to replace it. A technician showed up one day after I called (wow, that's prompt service). The cable was replaced and both garage doors inspected and lubricated. A bit of weather stripping was repaired as well. Both doors work great!

From an opener that quits to a wall-mount conversion, see our garage door opener repair service.
We hired Superior to switch our trolley opener to a wall mount and do a high lift conversion. The entire process was great. Communication was solid, the installers were professional and friendly and the end result is awesome. It opened up our garage a ton and my only regret is not doing it sooner. If we ever need more garage door work we plan to call Superior.

Needed a new door opener, both the tech that came out to install it and the staff I spoke with prior to coming out were awesome.

We provide same-day emergency service, 7 days a week, across the Omaha metro.
Excellent emergency service. Door failed and was inoperable with both our cars stuck inside going into a holiday weekend. A tech was able to respond within a couple of hours and even after saying he had never seen anything like it, they had the door operable by hand before leaving for the day, allowing us to get our vehicles out! Mickey was super friendly and made sure we got the service we needed. We are very appreciative!

Excellent and fast service. They were able to come the same day we called and repaired our garage door. They seemed very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. We live an hour outside of Omaha and the travel charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Our garage door was having issues yesterday late afternoon. I was able to schedule a time for someone to come out as soon as this morning. Matt came during the time slot and fixed our door within 30 minutes. He communicated clearly and our garage door now works great!

Called Superior at 12:30 and Dylan came out at 2:30. We live in Lincoln and he happened to be in the area. We bought the door from Superior 3 years ago. Dylan was able to solve the problem quickly. We like Superior because they are speedy in getting you into their schedule.

Called yesterday and the door is fixed today. Did not try to upsell me on additional repairs. Thank you for getting this fixed fast.
